Job Description Job Purpose : Lead - Retail Command Centre in the marketing is a critical position responsible for overseeing and managing the operations of the retail command center. The primary objective is to ensure efficient and effective execution of marketing strategies and campaigns across various retail channels. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, analyzing data, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts Responsibilities # ACCOUNTABILITIES ACTIVITIES 1 Leading Team Supervise and lead a team responsible for executing marketing strategies across retail channels. 2 Analyze KPI’s Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives. 3 Gather, Analyze Data, and Provide Recommendations. Prepare and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key findings, performance metrics, and recommendations. 4 Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement. 5 Optimize marketing Efforts Identify areas for improvement and optimize marketing efforts based on data-driven insights. 6 Ensure seamless execution Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and analytics, to ensure alignment and seamless execution. 7 Improve Efficiency Develop and implement processes and workflows to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 8 Technology Infrastructure Selecting and implementing the appropriate hardware, software and networking infrastructure to support the command centre’s operations. Conduct a thorough assessment of existing infrastructure, identify gaps or areas for improvement, and propose solutions that align with the command center’s needs and long-term goals. Establish and enforcing data security and privacy protocols to protect sensitive information handled by the command centre. Defining and monitoring technology-related performance metrics and reporting mechanisms Qualifications Educational Qualifications & Certifications: Bachelor's / Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Relevant (Functional/Level) & Total Years of Experience: Proven experience in marketing, preferably in a retail or consumer goods industry. Strong knowledge of retail operations, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, or marketing automation platforms. Experience in managing teams and leading cross-functional projects. Familiarity with retail command centre operations and monitoring tools. Show more Show less
