Job Description To provide a high level of technical support across the company, both internal and external customers. To continually innovate to ensure CML(Cloudmylab) is offering its customers the best level of service. You should be able to communicate through many channels communication Main Responsibilities Automation with Ansible – Automate business processes with Ansible playbooks. Provide Ansible consultation and support to our end customers. Deploy, maintain, and manage Ansible Automation Platform (AAP). Work with Ansible Navigator, Private Automation Hub, Ansible Roles, and Execution Environments. Perform backup and restore of Ansible Automation Platform in cloud environments. Should be able to work on POCs/Blueprints and write excellent design documentation of the solution. Taking ownership of technical issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve customer issues. Working with our Development group to resolve more advanced issues, when necessary. Linux Administration – Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based systems. AWS Infrastructure Management – Work with EC2 instances, secret keys, SSL management, IAM permissions, Lambda functions, and Fargate. Containerization & Orchestration – Manage Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, and container registries. Security & Authentication – Handle SSH key management, SSL certificates, and authentication mechanisms. Scripting & Development – Write basic Python scripts for DevOps automation and work with Bash scripting. CI/CD & GitHub – Configure and manage GitHub Runners, CI/CD pipelines, and GitHub Workflows. Network & Inventory Management – Understanding of NetBox for managing network infrastructure. Requirements Requirements: 1-2 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, or Infrastructure Automation Strong understanding of Linux system administration. Experience working with AWS services like EC2, Lambda, and Fargate. Familiarity with Ansible Automation Platform, including deployment, maintenance, backup, and restore. Knowledge of Docker, Podman, and Kubernetes. Experience with GitHub Actions, CI/CD Pipelines, and automation tools. Basic programming skills in Python and scripting in Bash. Understanding of SSH key-based authentication and SSL certificate management. Knowledge of container registries and managing images securely. Familiarity with NetBox for network infrastructure tracking. Certifications in Redhat Ansible, Linux, AWS or Kubernetes are a plus. Must Have CCNA/CCNP Knowledge of python or any other equivalent programming languages. Hands of experience in DevOps principles.
