Devops Engineer

We are looking for a highly experienced and hands-on Lead DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of experience to own and evolve our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices. You will be a technical engineer , responsible for ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, secure, and efficient.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• 
  Design, build, and maintain a secure, highly available, and scalable multi-cloud/hybrid cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
  
• Own the end-to-end CI/CD pipeline, ensuring fast, reliable, and secure software delivery from commit to production.
  
• Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Pulumi to ensure reproducible and version-controlled environments.
  
• Architect and manage container orchestration platforms (Kubernetes/EKS/GKE) and serverless ecosystems.
  
• Design and implement advanced observability solutions (logging, metrics, tracing) using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, Datadog, or New Relic to ensure system health and performance.
  
• Establish and enforce robust security practices (DevSecOps) across the infrastructure, including vulnerability management, secrets management, and compliance frameworks (SOC2, ISO27001, etc.).

Operations & Reliability

• Implement and practice Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles to measure and improve system reliability, availability, and performance (SLOs/SLIs).
  
• Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex production issues.
  
• Optimize cloud infrastructure for performance and cost, implementing effective monitoring and alerting to manage budgets.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements:

• 
  5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering roles.
  
• Proven expertise in designing and managing large-scale, production-grade environments on a major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure); relevant certifications are a strong plus.
  
• Deep, hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible).
  
• Expert-level knowledge of containerization and orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
  
• Mastery of CI/CD concepts and tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD).
  
• Strong programming and scripting skills (Python, Go, Bash).
  
• Extensive experience with observability and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK Stack).
  
• In-depth understanding of networking, security, and Linux/Unix systems administration.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a fast-paced, scaling SaaS environment.
  
• Knowledge of database administration and performance tuning (SQL and NoSQL).
  
• Experience with service mesh technologies (e.g., Istio, Linkerd).
  
• Background in implementing security and compliance controls (DevSecOps)
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
