Devops Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Implement scalable DevSecOps architecture aligned with business and technology goals.
  
• Define and standardize CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and configuration management processes.
  
• Lead the implementation of multistage pipelines as code using Jenkins and GitLab.
  
• Collaborate with software architects, developers, QA, security, cloud, and operations teams to implement CI, CD, and Continuous Testing (CT).
  
• Manage container-based and serverless deployments on AWS, including microservices.
  
• Create and implement configurable pipelines incorporating quality gates across CI, CD, and CT.
  
• Drive automation for build, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning.
  
• Adopt and promote modern engineering practices to improve DevSecOps maturity.
  
• Support incident response, root cause analysis, and major outage resolution.
  
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance for all DevSecOps processes.
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  
• 7+ years of overall IT experience, with 4+ years in DevSecOps (hands-on).
  
• Strong experience integrating tools such as: PyUnit, nUnit, SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory, Maven, Selenium, RestAssured, Lamdatest, JMeter, EasyVista, Liquibase, CloudFormation, AWS Secrets Manager, and Containers/Kubernetes.
  
• Hands-on expertise in

  Groovy

  and

  YAML

• Experience with deployment patterns such as

  Blue-Green

  Canary

  Dark launches

• Deep expertise across cloud platforms—AWS and Azure.
  
• Strong continuous improvement mindset, with the ability to enhance DevSecOps frameworks and maturity.
  
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM/Kanban environments.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer certification.
  
• Experience leveraging

  GenAI

  in DevSecOps automation.
• Experience working in

  multi-cloud or hybrid cloud

  environments.
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and monitoring tools (NewRelic, OpsGenie).
  
• Hands-on experience with

  IaC tools

  such as Terraform, CloudFormation, Puppet, and Ansible.
