Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, deploy, and manage physical and virtual servers using Hyper-V and VMware ESXi.
- Install, configure, and maintain storage systems (SAN/NAS/DAS) and perform capacity planning.
- Configure and troubleshoot Layer 2/3 network switches, VLANs, port security, and link aggregation.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Apply system patches, firmware updates, and manage backup/restore procedures.
- Implement and maintain security best practices across the infrastructure.
- Work closely with IT support, cybersecurity, and development teams for infrastructure planning and support.
- Document infrastructure configurations, changes, and procedures.
- Provide Tier 2/3 support for infrastructure-related incidents and service requests
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure roles.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:
o VMware ESXi / vSphere
o Microsoft Hyper-V
o Enterprise storage systems (e.g., Dell EMC, NetApp, HPE)
o Managed network switches (Cisco, HP, Dell, etc.)
- Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking, VLANs, and network security principles.
- Experience with backup solutions

2. Firewall Engineer – 02 Nos ((Salary Approx 30-35K Monthly)
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage firewall policies and rulesets across multiple platforms.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain firewalls (including NGFWs and UTMs) from vendors such as:
o Palo Alto Networks
o Fortinet FortiGate
o Cisco ASA / Firepower
o Check Point
o Juniper SRX
o Sophos XG / UTM
- Monitor and analyze firewall logs and alerts to detect and respond to suspicious or malicious activity.
- Configure VPN tunnels, site-to-site and remote access VPNs, and ensure secure connectivity.
- Perform firewall firmware and software upgrades and manage licensing.
- Conduct regular firewall audits and rulebase reviews to optimize performance and ensure compliance.
- Work with the network and security teams to support broader cybersecurity initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues related to firewall rules and NAT policies.
- Document firewall configurations, changes, and incident reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cyber threats, vulnerabilities, and firewall best practices.

Required Qualifications:

3. L2 Desktop Engineer-02 Nos (Salary Approx 25-30K Monthly)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, and peripheral issues on Windows and/or macOS systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents escalated from the Service Desk (L1), including but not limited to:
o OS and software errors
o Network connectivity problems
o Printer and peripheral device issues
o VPN and remote access troubleshooting
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
- Manage and support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Work with Active Directory for user and computer account management.
- Support remote users through tools like Remote Desktop, SCCM, or other remote access utilities.
- Coordinate with other IT teams (Network, Server, Application) to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Assist with user onboarding/offboarding and IT asset lifecycle management.
- Document solutions, update knowledge base articles, and maintain accurate ticket records in the ITSM system.
- Participate in desktop projects such as OS imaging, patching, and hardware upgrades.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a desktop support or similar IT role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and common enterprise applications.
