Key responsibilities include: -

  • Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning:

    Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet the organization’s hiring needs across all regions.
  • End-to-End Talent Acquisition:

    Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Team Management:

    Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to ensure efficient and effective hiring processes.
  • Stakeholder Management:

    Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide strategic insights.
  • Employer Branding:

    Enhance Premier Energies’ employer brand through various hiring channels, social media, and industry partnerships.
  • Candidate Experience:

    Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Data & Analytics:

    Utilize recruitment metrics to measure hiring effectiveness, analyze trends, and drive process improvements.
  • Vendor & Agency Management:

    Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and partners as required.
  • Compliance & Best Practices:

    Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and best hiring practices.


Qualifications-

  1. MBA HR, PGDM.
  2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  3. 8 to 10 Years of Experience in Talent Acquisition.
  4. Location (Prefer)-Fabcity Hyderabad.
  5. Industry-Pure Manufacturing.
