Job Description

We are looking for a skilled DCDP Chinese section with 2-5 years of experience to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and presentation, with excellent culinary skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established recipes and menus.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure seamless service delivery.
Develop new recipes and menu ideas to enhance the dining experience.
Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, minimizing waste and optimizing costs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie (CDP) in a professional kitchen setup.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and ingredient combinations.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities, with a flexible approach to work.
