Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Demi Chef De Partie with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team at Courtyard by Marriott. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Continental cuisine and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing high-quality dishes.
Develop menus and recipes to enhance the culinary experience.
Collaborate with other chefs to ensure consistency and quality of dishes.
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Demi Chef De Partie in a reputable restaurant or hotel.
Strong knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
