Role Overview

Digital Marketing Expert

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute
targeted
Email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
Create and manage
personalized outreach sequences
, follow-ups, and ICP-based messaging.
Work with enrichment and automation tools like
Apollo, Instantly, Relevance AI, n8n, and HubSpot
to improve campaign efficiency.
Coordinate and assist in
planning and executing webinars
— from audience outreach and registrations to post-event engagement and lead follow-ups.
Collaborate with the
sales, content, and design teams
to align messaging across campaigns, product launches, and webinars.
Analyze key metrics (open rate, reply rate, conversion rate) and suggest optimizations for better ROI.
Stay updated with the latest trends in
AI-powered marketing, outreach automation, and lead generation tools
.

Required Skills & Experience

Minimum
3 years of experience
in
B2B Email & LinkedIn marketing
in the IT / SaaS / Digital Services domain.
Experience in
webinar planning, coordination, and audience engagement
.
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
, with the ability to craft persuasive messages and coordinate with global stakeholders.
Familiarity with tools such as:
Outreach & CRM:
Instantly, Lemlist, Apollo, HubSpot, Waalaxy, Sales Navigator

Analytics & Reporting:
