About the Role: We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the recruitment and staffing domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving business growth, building long-term client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the HR/Recruitment industry. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in recruitment & staffing services. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, and decision-makers. Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored staffing solutions. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets. Conduct client presentations, contract negotiations, and closure of business deals. Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met within timelines. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Key Requirements: Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development in recruitment & staffing industry . Strong network and contacts with corporate HR and decision-makers. Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build long-term business relationships and strategic partnerships. Strong problem-solving and client management skills. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Job Location: Bangalore Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 1-10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the above mentioned industry. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth. Excellent communication and negotiation. Experience in IT hardware sales/ cloud computing or cyber security industry/ IT Software Sales. Proficient in MS Word, Excel and power-point. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel as needed. Two / Four Wheeler is Mandatory.
