Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Own the end-to-end integration strategy, ensuring scalable, secure, and

high-performance solutions.

  • Maintain API-driven integrations with ERP, CRM, HRMS, Data Lake platforms, payment

gateways, and other enterprise systems.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline onboarding, automation, and data

exchange processes.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues to ensure quick resolution and minimal

disruption.

  • Collaborate with clients to understand integration needs and deliver customized

solutions.

  • Manage ETL pipelines and data transformation to ensure accurate and efficient data

synchronization.

  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and integration frameworks, recommending

enhancements where needed.

  • Ensure security, scalability, and performance of all integrations, adhering to best

practices.

Ideal Persona & Skills required:

  • Expertise in RESTful, SOAP APIs integrations and file based integration - flat files, XML,

CSV

  • Proven ability to work with enterprise applications (Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
  • Problem-solving mindset, with experience in troubleshooting and optimizing integration

workflows.

Work on cutting-edge API and cloud integration technologies to drive automation.

  • Be a key contributor to product growth and seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with global clients to deliver high-impact solutions that power their business.
  • A tech-savvy leader Someone who understands the complexities of integration

architecture and can guide teams in implementing best practices.
