Job Description

We are looking for a Lead Generation Executive (Sales) who will be responsible for identifying, researching, and generating qualified leads for recruitment & staffing services. The role requires someone who is tech-savvy, proactive, and result-driven, with hands-on experience in using lead generation tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients across industries who require staffing & recruitment services.
  • Generate qualified leads through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job portals, databases, email campaigns, and cold calling.
  • Use lead generation tools and CRM to manage, track, and update leads.
  • Candidates must have knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospecting & lead generation, Apollo / ZoomInfo / Lusha / RocketReach – for extracting verified contact details.
  • Work closely with the Sales/BD team to convert leads into meetings and opportunities.
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
