About the Role:

Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in recruitment & staffing services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR leaders, and decision-makers.
Understand client hiring needs and propose tailored staffing solutions.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Conduct client presentations, contract negotiations, and closure of business deals.
Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to ensure client requirements are met within timelines.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.

Key Requirements:

Minimum
5+ years of experience
in business development in
recruitment & staffing industry

Strong network and contacts with corporate HR and decision-makers.
Proven track record of achieving business targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build long-term business relationships and strategic partnerships.
