Job Description

Job Title: Outreach Executive – Lead Generation & Cold Email Campaigns (US Market) – Day Shift

Work Timing: Day Shift — 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM IST
(Emails will be scheduled to reach US clients in their timezone — no night shift required)

Role Responsibilities:

  • Research and collect B2B business prospects for the US market (Dentists / Lawyers / Roofing / Ecommerce etc.)
  • Build niche-specific email lists using platforms like Apollo.io / LinkedIn / Snov.io / Google Maps
  • Verify emails using NeverBounce / ZeroBounce / Snov.io
  • Launch cold email campaigns using Instantly.ai / Lemlist / Mailshake
  • Reply to prospects and book Zoom meetings for the Sales Team
  • Maintain daily & weekly KPI reports in Google Sheets / CRM
  • Communicate professionally with US prospects via email

Requirements:

  • Experience in lead generation / B2B prospecting / cold email outreach
  • Basic understanding of US business market (bonus, not mandatory)
  • Experience with tools like Apollo.io / Snov.io / Instantly.ai (preferred but not compulsory)
  • Strong written English skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow systems and KPIs

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

  • Incentive per booked meeting
  • Bonus per closed client
