Data Integration Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop large scale data and analytical systems. - Implement, test, deploy, and support data models, storage plans, and optimization strategies. - Communicate with customers to gather requirements and resolve issues. - Translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions meeting data warehousing standards. - Implement and develop complex automated ETL routines. - Suggest improvements and amendments to existing products, tools, and database structures. - Conduct critical reviews of existing solutions for simplification and performance enhancements. - Document and share knowledge within the team. - Focus on building expertise and adapting to new technologies as required. - Ensure adherence to organizational standards and policies. - Provide support on critical systems in an on-call rotation. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in information systems or computer science. - Over 2 years of experience in implementing data integration across enterprise systems. - Excellent written and oral communication skills. - Knowledge of Agile Software Development methods. - Understanding of Software Engineering principles, including the software development life cycle and code versioning. - Strong organization, planning, and prioritizing abilities. - Proficient problem-solving, deductive reasoning, and decision-making skills. - Highly motivated, self-directed, and customer service oriented. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong attention to detail. - Familiarity with Java back-end development and Spring-boot framework preferred. - Prior experience with ETL tools and Oracle/SQL Server databases is a plus. - Knowledge of Kafka Streams, KSQL, MongoDB, and/or Realm Object Server will be advantageous.,
