Demand Generation Specialist

Role Overview

This role centers on executing demand generation strategies through multi-channel targeting and nurturing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Multi touch point campaigns including Email marketing, Nurturing, LinkedIn outreach, and Warm Calls to drive qualified pipeline and accelerate lead conversion. While experience with CRM platforms is valuable, the primary focus is on effective audience segmentation, personalized communication, and nurturing through strategic funnel based campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns and Nurturing programs to engage website visitors, social media audiences, and LinkedIn prospects.
  • Design and manage multi-touch nurture campaigns that convert low to mid-intent prospects into sales qualified leads.
  • Utilize LinkedIn platform tools including InMail campaigns and sponsored content to reach and nurture targeted B2B audiences.
  • Collaborate with content marketing to deploy relevant messaging that aligns with different funnel stages and audience segments.
  • Use data from CRM, social media analytics, and email platforms to continuously optimize audience targeting and campaign performance.
  • Build segmented lists and personalize outreach with dynamic content and behavioral triggers.
  • Coordinate closely with the Marketing team to ensure timely and quality lead handoffs and feedback loops.
  • Monitor, Report, and analyze campaign metrics such as open rates, CTRs, lead quality, conversion, and pipeline attribution.
  • Stay current on best practices for retargeting across paid social, email automation, and LinkedIn channels.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience managing B2B demand and lead nurturing campaigns with strong emphasis on email marketing, retargeting, and LinkedIn outreach.
  • Proven skills in creating segmented, multi-channel targeting strategies that drive engagement and lead conversion.
  • Hands-on experience with email campaign management tools and LinkedIn Campaign Manager, including InMail/Sponsored Messaging.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems such as Hubspot to leverage segmentation and track lead progression.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and optimize performance.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills to align with marketing stakeholders.
  • Understanding of B2B iGaming market, SaaS sales cycles and buyer journeys.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Apollo.io) for Account based Marketing and personalized Email nurturing at scale.
  • Hands on experience in Warm Calls to High Intent Leads
  • Knowledge on building Automation Workflows
  • Experience working in Europe and US markets for SAAS based products.
