Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design and implement integration solutions to integrate the modules within the Bizom application

Create detailed technical designs and documentation

Develop test plans, execute tests, and troubleshoot integration issues

Manage the whole integration process from start to finish

Connect with the customer and analyze requirements

Liaise with internal teams such as developers, QA, product managers, etc., to ensure successful integration

Monitor the performance of integrated systems and take corrective action as needed

Eager to travel (onsite) as and when required, in order to help the customer.

Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to integrations

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills (Written and Verbal), decent documentation skills

Computer and mobile savvy with moderate knowledge of MS-Excel, Tally, BUSY, Marg.

Willingness and eagerness to work in a high-pressure fast-growing start up environment

Understanding FMCG business model

Strong interpersonal and soft skills

Good team player

Basic database Knowledge will be added advantage
