Job Description

Responsibilities Research, design, develop, and test Python code. Collaborate with the Product and Data Science teams to define core AI/ML platform features. Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and research pre-trained models that work on real-world applications. Develop well-developed analytical and investigative skills. Maintain a strong desire to explore new technologies and knowledge at the architecture level. Requirements Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs). Utilize NLP techniques, LangChain, LangFlow, and LLMs to develop conversational chatbots and language models. Have good knowledge of deploying LLM models in cloud environments (e.g , AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premises infrastructure. Demonstrate proven ability to optimize LLM models for inference speed, memory efficiency, and resource utilization. Desired Skills Expertise in training Large Language Models (LLMs) and implementing workflows based on Pretraining, Fine-tuning LLMs & Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Fine-tune and optimize pre-trained LLMs for specific use cases and domain-specific tasks. Develop APIs, pipelines, and frameworks for seamless integration of LLMs into applications. Conduct performance evaluations of models and refine them for accuracy, latency, and scalability. Preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to train and fine-tune models. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
