Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Address and resolve any recruitment-related challenges, ensuring smooth

• Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes for efficiency and
  

• Ensure compliance with company policies, client agreements, and legal hiring

Key Skills & Competencies

• Proven experience in IT Staffing as a Delivery management with a IT Services or
  

• Proven expertise into IT Staffing is a Must
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, ATS, and job portals.
• Ability to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines and Targets
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of industry-specific hiring trends and talent acquisition strategies.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 4 years in a
  

• Prior experience in managing large-scale hiring projects is a plus.
