Responsibilities
Delivery Management:
- Plan and manage the delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
- Define project scope, timelines, and resources, and track progress against plans.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact delivery.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and outcomes.
Scrum Mastery
- Guide and coach development teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values.
- Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
- Foster a self-organizing and high-performing team environment.
- Promote continuous learning and improvement within the team.
Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on project goals.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery processes and practices.
- Implement and promote best practices in agile software development.
- Contribute to the development and evolution of the organization's agile framework.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager in an agile software development environment.
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and practices.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering software projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) are highly desirable.
