Job Description

Job Responsibility

1. Project Data Collection & Organization

Gather and structure data from site reports, material logs, labor records, and equipment usage.
Maintain databases for drawings, BOQs, work orders, and progress reports.

2. Software-Based Documentation

Use construction management software to update project timelines, resource allocations, and design revisions.
Manage digital filing systems for easy retrieval and version control of documents.

3. Material & Inventory Tracking

Monitor material movement using ERP systems
Update stock levels, consumption rates, and delivery schedules in real time.

4. Reporting & Analytics

Generate dashboards and reports using tools like Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables), Power BI, or Tableau.
Analyze trends in cost, productivity, and resource utilization to support decision-making.

5. Coordination with Site & Office Teams

Ensure accurate data flow between site engineers, procurement, and planning departments.
Validate data entries and resolve discrepancies in records.

6. Compliance & Audit Support

Maintain records for statutory compliance (e.g., safety audits, quality checks).
Prepare data sets for internal and external audits.

7. Reporting to Management

Ensure to present timely report to Management.
