Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain advanced Google Sheets using complex formulas, pivot tables, and data validation.
Automate reports and workflows using Google Apps Script and data integrations.
Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS dashboards for management review.
Work with teams to design task tracking, performance, and attendance systems.
Manage and organize Google Drive folders, forms, and shared access structures.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of data reports.
Required Skills
Advanced skills in Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, QUERY, ARRAYFORMULA, IMPORTRANGE, etc.)
Strong understanding of Google Workspace tools – Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides, Drive, Calendar.
Knowledge of Google Apps Script for automation.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
