Job Responsibilities:

- Take ownership of the creation, validation, and modification of corporate data, including products, suppliers, customers, and pricing information.

- Proactively ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of all corporate data within our various enterprise systems (including our MRP environment).

- Work in close partnership with teams across the organization, including Product Management, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations, to understand their data       needs and challenges.

- Utilize and champion best practices for data management and maintenance to improve efficiency and data quality.

- Inform relevant departments and business units of data changes, updates, and potential impacts in a clear and timely manner.

- Generate ad-hoc system reports and perform data updates to meet evolving business requirements.

- Act as a troubleshooter to diagnose, investigate, and resolve data-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business processes.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

•    -  The candidate must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Information Technology, or a related field.

     - 2-3 years of experience in a hands-on data management role, with a proven track record in managing and maintaining data, collaborating with stakeholders, and       troubleshooting data issues.

   - Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools, specifically Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query) and SQL for querying databases.

   - Demonstrated experience in data management within an MRP (Manufacturing Resource Planning) or similar ERP system.

   - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

   - A dynamic and adaptable mindset, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

   - Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is a significant advantage.

   - Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills.

              - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

              - Strong analytical skills to interpret marketing performance data.

              - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

              - Strong customer-centric approach with a focus on business outcomes.
