Data Management Executive

Role & responsibilities

2-3 years of experience in a hands-on data management role, with a proven track record

in managing and maintaining data, collaborating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting

data issues.

• Advanced proficiency with data analysis tools, specifically Microsoft

Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, Power Query) and SQL for querying databases.

• Demonstrated experience in data management within an MRP (Manufacturing Resource

Planning) or similar ERP system.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly

and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A dynamic and adaptable mindset, with the ability to pivot quickly and manage

changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is a significant advantage.
• Analytical mindset with proven problem-solving skills.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Data Management & Accuracy: Candidates should have hands on experience in data creation, validation, maintenance of products, suppliers, customers & pricing data. They must ensure accuracy and completeness of corporate data.
2. Microsoft Excel & SQL Proficiency: Must have advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Power Query) & working knowledge of SQL for data analysis & reporting.
3. ERP / MRP System Experience: Should have prior experience working on ERP or MRP systems such as SAP or Oracle, especially in master data management.
4. Communication & Collaboration: Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments such as Product Management, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
5. Analytical & Problem Solving Skills: Should be capable of analyzing data, preparing reports & troubleshooting data related issues efficiently.
