Data Management Executive

1. Data Collection & Entry

• Collect data from different sources (CRM, ERP, spreadsheets, forms, portals).
  
• Enter and update records in company systems with high accuracy.
  

2. Data Cleaning & Validation

• Check for incomplete, incorrect, or duplicate data.
  
• Perform data quality checks and corrections.
  
• Ensure data follows company standards and formats.
  

3. Database Management

• Maintain and update internal databases.
  
• Manage structured data in Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, or company-specific systems.
  

4. Reporting & MIS Support

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
  
• Assist MIS or analytics teams with data extraction and formatting.
  
• Generate dashboards (Excel/Power BI/Tableau in some cases).
  

5. Data Coordination

• Coordinate with operations, sales, marketing, or finance teams to gather needed data.
  
• Follow up for missing information.
  

6. Documentation & Compliance

• Maintain data logs, SOPs, and documentation.
  
• Support compliance with data privacy and audit requirements.
  

7. Process Improvement

• Identify data issues and suggest improvements.
  
• Help automate repetitive tasks (Excel formulas, macros, scripts).
  

Required Skills

Technical Skills

• Excel / Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, formulas)

• Basic SQL

• Data cleaning tools
