Data Management Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented RCM Software Entry Executive to support our vehicle rental operations. The role involves accurate data entry, backend coordination, and close collaboration with the operations, sales, and accounts teams to ensure smooth workflow across departments.

Key Responsibilities

RCM Software & Data Management

• Enter and update vehicle details, locations, and availability in RCM software
• Add new fleet vehicles and integrate GPS tracking systems (Telemax)
• Upload, maintain, and organize customer and vehicle documents digitally
• Coordinate with Sales and Accounts to ensure all data entries are complete and accurate

Operational Coordination

• Track vehicle booking statuses and ensure timely updates in the system
• Maintain structured Excel sheets for integration and reporting
• Manage fleet documentation including registrations, tolls, renewals, and compliance

Uber & Redbook Inspections

• Coordinate with external vendors for Redbook inspections and CPVV documentation
• Share invoices, reports, and inspection outcomes with management

Administrative & Support Tasks

• Process incoming emails related to documentation or operational queries
• Assist with REGO documentation, toll invoices, and other fleet paperwork
• Provide backend support to streamline daily fleet management operations

Requirements

• Minimum 3–4 years of experience in data entry, administration, or transport operations
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital documentation
• Familiarity with RCM, Telemax, or other fleet/rental software (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills (fluency in English is a must)
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills

Salary: Upto 25k

Timings: 5:00am to 2:00pm (IST)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month

• Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
