We’re Hiring! Raja Fat & Feeds (Egg Powder Division), Rajpura, Punjab, is looking for a Data Management Executive to handle production, quality, and inventory data with accuracy and efficiency. If you’re detail-oriented and skilled in Excel/MIS, we'd love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities 1. Data Collection & Maintenance >Gather daily operational data from Production, Quality, Purchase & Sales teams >Maintain master data: production logs, raw material consumption, batch records, QC results, inventory & dispatch >Organize digital and physical documents as per FSSAI/FSSC requirements 2. Data Cleaning & Validation >Verify accuracy of batch, production, and quality data >Identify discrepancies and follow up with teams for corrections >Ensure compliance with SOPs and traceability systems 3. Reporting & Analytics Prepare daily/weekly/monthly dashboards on: >Production performance >Yield & wastage >RM & FG inventory >Sales vs production trends >Provide MIS reports for management decision-making 4. Software & System Handling >Work with Excel/Google Sheets, data templates, and ERP/MIS tools >Improve reporting formats and data-capture sheets 5. Audit & Compliance Support >Keep documents updated for FSSAI, ISO, and internal audits >Assist QA/QC team with traceability data during inspections 6. Cross-Department Coordination >Ensure smooth data flow between departments >Support management with data insights and performance analysis Skills & Qualifications >Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Data Science, Statistics, Food Tech, or related field Technical Skills >Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, dashboards) >Experience with ERP/MIS systems preferred >Basic understanding of manufacturing operations (preferably food industry) Soft Skills >Excellent attention to detail >Analytical mindset >Strong documentation & organizational abilities >Good communication skills Preferred Experience >Experience in FMCG/Food/Nutraceutical/Ingredients manufacturing >FSSAI, ISO documentation & audit exposure >Knowledge of batch processing, consumption sheets, boiler logs, etc. Salary Range >Based on experience Interested candidates share your resume to crm@peggsindia.com Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Provident Fund Work Location: In person
