Job Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Decision Management team, focusing on business analytics and reporting. The role is designed for professionals who can apply their expertise in analyzing complex data, identifying trends, and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. You will also contribute to policy formulation, process improvements, and the design of decision strategies.

This is a role where your analytical skills will directly support business planning, performance measurement, and operational effectiveness. While the role primarily involves data analytics and business intelligence, it also requires collaboration with cross-functional partners and senior stakeholders to ensure that insights are effectively communicated and actionable.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and validate operational data from multiple business stakeholders to evaluate past performance and future opportunities.
• Identify trends, patterns, and inconsistencies in data, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance business decision-making.
• Translate complex datasets into clear business insights, especially related to customer behavior, targeting, and segmentation strategies.
• Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations to support strategic planning, process improvements, and solution assessments.
• Participate in exploratory data analysis (EDA), confirmatory analysis, and qualitative reviews.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, implement, and track decision strategies.
• Continuously evaluate and recommend new tools, data sources, and methodologies to strengthen analytics capabilities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, applying sound judgment in managing risks and data integrity.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–12 years of professional experience in data analysis, business analytics, or decision management.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data visualization).
• Familiarity with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Knowledge of statistical techniques and exposure to Python or R for data modeling and advanced analysis.
• Understanding of risk management practices and financial services processes.
• Experience with business intelligence frameworks and large-scale data integration.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with international teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
