Data Analyst

As a Decision Analytics Associate Consultant in Sales Ops, your role will involve supporting the configuration and deployment of incentive compensation plans on platforms such as ZAIDYNTM and Salesforce. You will also assist in quality assurance, validation of IC reports, and field scorecards. Your responsibilities will include participating in the end-to-end setup and refresh of roster, territory assignments, and customer-account mappings. Additionally, you will support the validation and downstream delivery of updated alignments and data structures. You will play a key role in the target setting process, utilizing fairness testing, historical sales trends, and business rules to recommend target allocations at national and sub-national levels. It will be essential for you to ensure alignment with business constraints and coordinate with BU stakeholders for refinement and finalization. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and operational readiness will also be a part of your responsibilities. You will also be involved in preparing user guides, training material, and field enablement content. Key Responsibilities: - Support the configuration and deployment of incentive compensation plans on platforms like ZAIDYNTM and Salesforce - Assist in quality assurance (QA/QC) and validation of IC reports and field scorecards - Participate in the end-to-end setup and refresh of roster, territory assignments, and customer-account mappings - Support the validation and downstream delivery of updated alignments and data structures - Assist in the target setting process using fairness testing, historical sales trends, and business rules - Analyze aggregated sales data to recommend target allocations at national and sub-national levels - Ensure alignment with business constraints and coordinate with BU stakeholders for refinement and finalization - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and operational readiness - Assist in preparing user guides, training material, and field enablement content Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in pharma/healthcare consulting - Strong analytical skills with working knowledge of Excel and SQL (experience in Redshift or similar platforms preferred) - Excellent written and verbal communication; exposure to working with global clients or cross-border teams is desirable,
