Data Analyst

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop solutions.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for optimization.
• Develop and maintain databases and data systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and generate ad hoc reports as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, techniques, and best practices in data analytics.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex findings in an understandable manner.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
