About the Role

As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, interpreting, and transforming data into actionable insights that support strategic decision-making. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to optimize performance, identify trends, and help shape the company’s data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to track KPIs and business performance.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support product development and strategic initiatives.
• Work with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to drive business improvements and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance data pipelines and ensure reliable data flow.
• Document methodologies, processes, and findings for internal use and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a software or tech company.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
• Familiarity with Python, R, or other data analysis languages is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a remote team environment.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
