About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Data Analyst to join our team in Noida, Sector 18. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about transforming data into actionable insights and helping different business functions make informed decisions. The position is designed for candidates with 1–3 years of experience, though recent graduates with relevant certifications and strong analytical skills will also be considered.

The Data Analyst will play an important role in collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data across multiple departments including business, marketing, HR, and operations. This role offers the opportunity to build expertise in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Google Data Studio while working in a collaborative environment where your work directly supports strategic business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• As a Data Analyst, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
• Collecting, cleaning, and validating datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• Building and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools.
• Conducting ad-hoc analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Preparing and delivering MIS reports for management to support decision-making.
• Writing SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver insights that support operations, marketing, HR, and business strategy.
• Translating complex datasets into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Supporting the implementation of data-driven initiatives by providing timely and accurate reporting.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence (exceptional freshers with strong project or internship experience will also be considered).
• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Advanced Formulas).
• Basic to intermediate understanding of SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Exposure to statistical techniques and data modeling concepts.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of relational database concepts and JDBC connectivity.
• Prior experience preparing dashboards for business leadership or senior management.
