Collaborate with global teams to enhance reporting solutions and drive automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Perform data management, process uplifts, and strategic reporting initiatives.
Partner with teams in Asset Management and Data Management.
Apply quality control, data validation, and cleansing processes.
Identify and remove redundancies, improve process efficiency through automation.
Engage with stakeholders to implement reporting and automation requirements.
Develop and maintain advanced reporting solutions.
Translate business requirements into solution specifications.
Manage project timelines for analytics, automation, and reporting deliverables.
Coordinate with Engineering to define enhancements to systems.
Manage data dictionaries and large data stores.
Create data quality control checks and provide resolutions.
Monitor and track data deliverables and transform into GBM systems.
Assist with writing rules logic for Asset Secured Lending positions.
Drive onboarding into strategic platforms.
Fulfill ad hoc data requests.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

Team-oriented with strong ownership and accountability.
1-3 years of experience in data analysis, data modeling, or ETL processes.
Proficient in SQL and interacting with structured data.
Understanding of data transformation and reporting tools like Tableau and Alteryx.
Advanced Excel skills.
Strong academic background in engineering or finance.
Solid analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize workload.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of Python.
Expertise in structured data management and governance.
Understanding of structured finance and related concepts.
Familiarity with collateralized loans and consumer products.
Experience with structured product documentation.
