This role involves leveraging GenAI and automation tools to optimize workflows, shaping delivery strategy, mentoring teams, and maintaining client relationships.Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of modernization and migration projects across client accounts.
• Develop and implement delivery frameworks and methodologies.
• Leverage GenAI, AI/ML-based automation tools, and cloud technologies to enhance productivity.
• Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure continuous delivery excellence.
• Collaborate with sales and pre-sales teams to provide technical expertise.
• Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team.
• Design and maintain reusable playbooks for modernization activities.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for delivery-related concerns.
• Establish a robust structure for delivery engagements, optimizing resource utilization.
