Description
As a Delivery Leader at our company, your role will involve working closely with our GCC customers to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact engineering projects aligned with their strategic goals. You will be responsible for overseeing project management, client engagement, team leadership, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the delivery of multiple projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with GCC stakeholders for project execution. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, and ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes. Regularly visit client GCC offices to engage with different stakeholders and address any client concerns. - Build and mentor a high-performing delivery team, promoting a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Monitor team progress and take corrective actions while working at client GCC location. - Collaborate with VP/Director of engineering, engineering managers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align project delivery with clients' strategic product roadmaps. - Identify opportunities for process improvements, implement best practices for enhanced delivery efficiency, and effectiveness. - Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes. Define and track key performance indicators for measuring delivery success and driving continuous improvement. - Grow accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of project delivery experience within a technology or product engineering firm, with 15+ years of software development experience. - Technology Expertise: Delivery exposure in projects involving Java, .Net Core, Angular/React/Vue.JS technologies with highly distributed microservices architecture. Experience in deploying software in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud. - Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience in leading and developing multidisciplinary teams. - Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams. - Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. - Certifications: PMP, Agile, or related project management certifications are a plus.
