Lead end-to-end recruitment delivery for all eCommerce rolestech & non-tech—ensuring timely closures, high-quality pipelines, and consistent alignment with business priorities.
Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and leadership teams, translating business needs into clear hiring strategies and delivering regular insights and progress updates.
Oversee and mentor recruitment teams, driving performance, optimizing workflows, and ensuring adherence to SLAs, TAT, and compliance standards.
Utilize deep eCommerce hiring expertise (4+ years mandatory) to guide sourcing strategies, evaluate talent fit, and stay ahead of market trends and competitive landscapes.
