Data Analyst

The Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decision-making. The role involves preparing reports, dashboards, and insights that help improve business processes, performance, and strategic planning. The Data Analyst works closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, solve problems, and support data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Collection & Management

• Gather data from multiple internal and external sources.
• Clean, validate, and organize data for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain databases and data dashboards.

2. Data Analysis & Insights

• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports for management.
• Support departments with data-driven recommendations.

3. Dashboard & Reporting

• Create daily, weekly, monthly MIS reports.
• Build interactive dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
• Track KPIs and business performance metrics.

4. Business Support & Coordination

• Work closely with teams such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations to understand data needs.
• Provide insights to support planning and forecasting.
• Assist in budgeting, performance tracking, and market analysis.

5. Automation & Process Improvement

• Automate repetitive reporting tasks to increase efficiency.
• Optimize data workflows and suggest improvements.
• Create data models and visualizations for easier interpretation.

Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Table, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query).
• Experience with SQL for data extraction.
• Familiarity with Python/R is an advantage.
• Knowledge of BI tools: Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
