Data Analyst

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Data Analyst to take ownership of our CRM operations and sales data infrastructure. This role is critical in supporting high-volume sales verticals by ensuring data integrity, efficient lead management, and actionable reporting. The ideal candidate is not just an analyst but a CRM operator who has immediate, hands-on experience with Leadsquared. You will replace manual processes with efficient workflows and provide the data visibility needed to drive revenue growth. Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Management (Leadsquared Focus)

● System Administration: Serve as the primary custodian of the Leadsquared CRM. Manage user roles, permissions, and settings.

● Workflow Automation: Design and maintain automations for lead distribution, status updates, and task creation to ensure zero lead leakage.

● Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for any CRM technical issues, improving system reliability for the sales team.

2. Data Analysis & Reporting

● Sales Dashboards: Create and maintain daily/weekly dashboards to track KPIs (Call volumes, connection rates, conversion percentages, and revenue).

● Pipeline Analysis: Analyze the health of the sales pipeline to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for the Tamil sales vertical and broader teams.

● Ad-Hoc Reporting: Respond quickly to management requests for specific data cuts to support strategic decision-making.

3. Data Hygiene & Operations

● Data Integrity: Regularly audit data to identify duplicates, incomplete records, or inconsistencies.

● Lead Uploads: Manage bulk data uploads and verify accuracy before assignment to sales agents. Candidate Requirements Must-Have Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

● Leadsquared Expertise: Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience configuring and managing the Leadsquared platform. Must be familiar with LSQ Workbenches, Portals, and Automation/Logic blocks.

● Data Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Conditional Formatting) is required.

Qualifications :

● Experience: 2+ years of experience in a Data Analyst

● Analytical Mindset: Ability to look beyond numbers to understand the "why" behind sales performance trends.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
