Job Description

What you'll do: Respond to student inquiries via calls, emails, and in-person. Guide prospective students and parents through our admissions process. Provide accurate information on courses, fees, and enrollment steps. Actively follow up with leads, turning inquiries into successful admissions. Keep student records precise and up-to-date in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal departments for a seamless admissions experience. Work towards and achieve admissions targets. Offer support and address student concerns. What you'll bring: A graduate degree in any field. 0-2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or customer service (education or EdTech preferred). Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A proven track record in sales and persuasion. Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software. The ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting. Fluency in Tamil and English is a plus.
