Job Description

Key

Lead

Proactively call on leads assigned in Salesforce (SF).
Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions and follow-ups in SF.

Daily

Ensure minimum 150 dialled calls
Ensure a minimum of 40 connected calls each day
Follow up with prospects and existing clients to nurture leads and build relationships

Appointment

Book at least 5 branch visits or home demos or zoom demos

Conversion

Ensure a minimum of 8 unique branch visits or house visits or zoom calls are conducted in a week
Provide detailed feedback and reports on the outcomes of branch visits and video calls/home demos to the reporting manager

Weekly

Your monthly targets will be divided into weekly objectives. By conducting daily branch visits, home demos, or virtual presentations, you must ensure the fulfilment of your weekly targets each week. This consistent achievement will lead to meeting your monthly targets at a hundred percent completion.

Adherence

Ensure all interactions and engagements are in compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
Proven experience in business development, sales, or related role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
