Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Make 100 - 200 outbound/inbound calls daily to confirm customer leads and

gather necessary information.

• Deliver a high-quality customer experience by addressing queries, resolving

concerns, and providing accurate information.

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems

accordingly.

• Coordinate with field operations and vendor teams to ensure timely device

pickups.

• Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies and procedures.

• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for prompt

resolution.

Educational Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree

• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in a voice-based call centre (inbound or

outbound).

• Proven experience in customer service, tele calling, or lead confirmation roles.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and call centre equipment is preferred.
