Learn more about us: 👉 YourStory | Spyne x AWS | Watch Our Video Role Overview We’re looking for an experienced and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join the team and play a pivotal role in ensuring the long‑term success and satisfaction of our clients. You’ll work closely with mid‑market SaaS clients across the US and Europe, build deep relationships, drive retention, and feed actionable insights to the Product team.
