Develop training materials and conduct product demonstrations to empower clients. Develop and document high-level strategies for accomplishing specific project objectives. Evaluate and refine onboarding processes, communication infrastructures, and customer success initiatives. Desired Candidate Profile: Proven experience in people management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A genuine passion for the education sector and a desire to enact change.
