In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. Your sales expertise will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and driving customer retention and expansion. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and objectives. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding and seamless handoff post-sale. Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leveraging your sales experience. Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure product adoption and value realization. Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating when necessary. Provide training, product demonstrations, and support to help clients maximize the use of our solutions. Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services. Track key account metrics and report on client health, retention, and growth opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success. Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹334,308.75 - ₹1,501,152.60 per year Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
