Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Success Manager with a strong sales background to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services. Your sales expertise will play a key role in identifying growth opportunities and driving customer retention and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding and seamless handoff post-sale.
• Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, leveraging your sales experience.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure product adoption and value realization.
• Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner, escalating when necessary.
• Provide training, product demonstrations, and support to help clients maximize the use of our solutions.
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to enhance products and services.
• Track key account metrics and report on client health, retention, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer success.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and customer lifecycle management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹334,308.75 - ₹1,501,152.60 per year
