Job Opening: Business Development Specialist Location: Hyderabad (Preferred) | Open to PAN India for the right candidate Company: EsteticaNow – A next-gen platform for salons, clinics & spas About the Role: We are looking for a highly experienced professional from the salon industry who has previously worked in leadership or business development roles with reputed salon chains or beauty brands. This is a strategic role focused on expanding EsteticaNow’s provider base by leveraging your network and industry know-how. Key Responsibilities: Leverage existing salon industry connections to onboard premium and branded partners Act as a brand ambassador and growth enabler for EsteticaNow Guide the sales/onboarding team with insights and structured market entry Build regional and national-level relationships with salons, franchisees, and decision-makers Support the team in strategy, outreach, and expansion planning Requirements: 5+ years of experience in the salon or wellness industry Worked with known salon chains or wellness brands in a business/ops/BD role Strong network of branded salon contacts across India Excellent communication, leadership, and networking skills Why Join EsteticaNow?
