We are hiring a dynamic Customer Success Manager to enhance client satisfaction and connect talent with opportunities. Job Description or Responsibilities as follows: Generate new leads for training programs, follow up, and convert them into participants. Meet the monthly target of aspirants required to run batches for the courses. Onboard and guide new clients through our training programs, while understanding their unique needs and goals. Proactively engage with clients to monitor progress and address any challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to optimise training programs and deliver maximum value. Identify upsell opportunities and work closely with the sales team to grow business with existing clients. Gather and share customer feedback to support continuous improvement. Track and report on key customer success metrics.
