Role Overview

As a Client Success Manager at Nitro Ads, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, responsible for managing and growing client relationships, driving product adoption, and delivering measurable revenue outcomes. You will work closely with sales, product, and marketing teams to ensure clients achieve their marketing goals and maximize ROI through Nitro’s advertising platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and advertising needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations to optimize campaigns and maximize ROAS.
  • Drive client onboarding, training, and continuous product adoption to ensure seamless utilization of Nitro Ads.
  • Monitor campaign performance proactively, identify growth opportunities, and execute upsell and cross-sell initiatives aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and operations teams to resolve client issues and to relay customer feedback for product improvements.
  • Develop and deliver client-facing reports, presentations, and ROI analyses to demonstrate the impact of campaigns.
  • Manage revenue targets and contribute to business growth through client retention and expansion.
Requirements
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in client success, account management, or similar roles in digital advertising or ad tech.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystems, preferably with exposure to programmatic, performance marketing, or intent-driven advertising.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative client engagement style.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data to derive actionable insights.
  • Proven track record in managing client relationships and achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Graduate degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
