Nitro Commerce is a Series A Adtech startup founded in 2023 by an experienced team from Wigzo, a pioneering martech company that was successfully acquired by Shiprocket, marking a significant cash exit. The company is led by Umair Mohammed, a well-known figure in the martech space and founder of Wigzo, who brings deep expertise in ecommerce and marketing technology innovation. Nitro Commerce specializes in delivering in-market identified audiences targeted contextually with the most relevant creative, driving conversions directly on the brand’s own website within the same or multiple sessions.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SaaS Sales Executive - MarTech at Nitro Commerce located in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales of our AI-powered solutions to D2C brands. The role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    Identifying and researching potential clients (businesses, marketing teams, C-level executives) who could benefit from the MarTech SaaS solution. This involves using various channels like cold calling, email marketing, social media, and networking.
  • Pipeline Management:

    Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads through various stages, and forecasting sales effectively using CRM tools.
  • Needs Analysis and Solution Design:

    Conducting thorough business needs analyses to understand client pain points, challenges, and objectives. Then, designing and presenting tailored MarTech solutions that directly address these needs and demonstrate clear value.
  • Product Demonstrations and Presentations:

    Delivering compelling and clear product demonstrations, simplifying complex technical jargon into understandable terms, and showcasing how the software can improve the prospect's marketing efforts and solve their problems.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:

    Working closely with various internal teams, including:
  • Sales Development Representatives (SDRs):

    For lead handoffs and qualification.
  • Marketing Team:

    To align on messaging, campaigns, and understand new product features.
  • Product and IT Teams:

    To gain deeper product knowledge, relay customer experiences for product improvement, and understand technical capabilities.


Qualifications

  • Sales, Business Development, and Negotiation skills
  • Experience in selling

    SaaS solutions MarTech products is a must

  • Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing trends
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus
