We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our E-commerce team as a Customer Service Agent . You will be responsible for resolving customer queries, managing order-related issues, and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat Resolve order-related issues such as returns, refunds, tracking, and cancellations Assist customers with product inquiries and provide detailed information Document interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM Escalate unresolved issues to relevant departments for timely resolution Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy with customers Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Familiarity with order management systems, CRMs, or ticketing tools Ability to handle irate customers and resolve complaints efficiently Problem-solving attitude and team player Basic computer proficiency Preferred Qualifications: Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc. Perks & Benefits: Performance-based incentives Health insurance and paid leaves Interested candidates can share their CVs at pooja.tiwari@nlbtech.in
