Job Description


Responsibilities

  • Supervise and lead the accounts receivable calling team to ensure timely claim resolutions.

  • Monitor team performance and implement strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • Handle escalations and complex claim issues, providing guidance and support to team members.

  • Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on industry standards and company policies.

  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and resolve any interdepartmental issues.

  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and other relevant metrics.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction levels.




Qualifications

  • Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.

  • In-depth knowledge of AR calling processes and healthcare revenue cycle management.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions based on insights.

  • Proficient in using AR and billing software.
